Face Lift Surgery

Face lift surgery is often sought out by older men and women in order to reduce the signs of aging. A face lift can literally "lift" sagging or droopy skin, repositioning tissue to achieve a fresher and more youthful appearance. Face lift surgery also helps smooth deep set wrinkles and frown lines which are a natural result of aging. There are many different types of face lift procedures, which may be used together or separately in order to target specific areas of the face. A midface lift is used to tighten up sagging cheeks, while a brow lift of forehead lift tightens up the top portion of the face. Face lift surgery, like any surgical procedure, comes with health risks that a patient should be made aware of before agreeing to surgery.
