Injectable Fillers
Injectable fillers such as juvederm or collagen are used to plump up portions of the face, and are often considered an alternative for those who can not or do not wish to undergo a more invasive surgical procedure. Injectable fillers are commonly used to increase the size of lips, giving a person fuller, bee stung lips. Injectable fillers may also be used to smooth out facial wrinkles such as laugh lines or forehead wrinkles. Hollow facial scars such as acne scars may also be reduced through the use of injectable fillers. Most types of injectable fillers are absorbed after a period of time, therefore the results are not permanent. This may also be an attractive option for those who do not want to commit to a permanent transformation.
