Laser Therapy
Laser therapy is a popular anti aging treatment which uses targeted lasers to resurface the skin, reducing the appearance of wrinkles. These treatments can also improve the appearance of scars and age spots or other skin discoloration. Laser therapy uses laser light to target both the superficial and the deep layers of the skin, promoting new skin growth. There are a number of different types of lasers used in laser therapy, and they are suited for different issues. Ablative lasers such as CO2 lasers vaporize skin, and are effective at treating acne scarring, though there is a longer recovery time associated with ablative lasers. In contrast, non ablative or fractionated lasers have a shorter downtime, but it may take ore than one treatment to achieve the desired result.
