Male Breast Enlargement

The problem of male breast enlargement is called gynecomastia. Males who have the problem exhibit large breasts. These are referred to as "moobs" or, more commonly, as "man boobs. " While male breast enlargement may affect prepubescent males, it is more common among older men. As the testosterone levels decrease, the chance of obtaining larger or over-large breasts increases. During the process of aging and testosterone decreasing, deposits of fatty tissue occur under the breast. Man boobs can be psychologically harmful to young adults. It is also harmful to older men who perceive male breast enlargement as a freakish characteristic. Plastic surgery can take care of the problem. Liposuction combined with scalpel incisions will remove the excess fat and excise the glandular tissue. The process is relatively painless. It may take between an hour and an hour-and-a-half.
