Mid-face Area
The mid-face area, in terms of cosmetic surgery, is the area that is comprised of the two corners of the eyes to the corner of the mouth. This forms a triangular area. Some face-lift procedures called mid face facelifts target this area of the face specifically. A mid facelift is able to adjust the layers of fatty tissue as well as the muscles in the area to give a natural look while erasing the signs of aging. The procedure can be done alongside a traditional facelift, but because it is less invasive, it can also be done by itself for less dramatic results. It will pull cheek fat up onto the cheek bones, for example, to give a youthful look.
